What about the "Tower" card?  It looks awful.
 
 
 

This is another card that people automatically fear when they see it.  Certainly, it's not one of the pleasant cards, but it basically means some big change may be coming about that you probably would prefer not to have to deal with . . . or you find out some information you'd rather have not known about.  It can be a card that gives us a "wake-up" call about something significant in our lives that needs some serious attention.  How one accepts these changes or information will have an important effect on the situation in question.

In addition, knowing something that we truly need to be aware of and to confront . . . is better than not knowing at all.  It is said that what we don't know can't hurt us . . . the Tarot may very well disagree and offer you information or a warning about something that urgently requires your attention in order to set things right again in your life.  In some cases, "forewarned" is being "forearmed" so that we can prepare for whatever challenges are ahead of us.
