Head or Heart Reading

Past
Cards 1 - 3:  Left Brain Influences (logical, practical, rational, etc.).  The closer the card is to the middle card, the stronger the influence.
Card 4:  The Querent in the past.
Cards 5 - 7:  Right Brain Influences (emotions, intuitions, creativity).  The closer the card is to the middle card, the stronger the influence.

Present
Cards 8 - 10:  Left Brain Influences (logical, practical, rational, etc.).  The closer the card is to the middle card, the stronger the influence.
Card 11:  The Querent in the present.
Cards 12 - 14:  Right Brain Influences (emotions, intuitions, creativity).  The closer the card is to the middle card, the stronger the influence.

Future
Cards 15 - 17:  Results if Querent follows his/her head.  The farther the card is from the center, the greater potential.
Card 18:  The Querent in the future.
Cards 19 - 21:  Results if Querent follows his/her heart.  The farther the card is from the center, the greater potential.

This is an expanded version of a Past/Present/Future Reading.  It helps one to decide whether to follow his/her head or to follow his/her heart . . . because such a choice is not an easy one to make!  Whether you have a question for a specific concern such as life, love, or career . . . or whether you want a general reading with no specific question in mind, this reading works nicely because it offers options for the future -- the option to follow your heart or your head.

This is a fun spread to do, and it covers a lot of area.  The cards can be evaluated in various directions.  For example, the cards next to each other may explain one another, while cards at opposite ends (far left past versus far right past) can show balancing influences.  The cards can also be looked at in a columnar format to see how certain influences change over time.

This spread does take some time to interpret as it helps to clarify past and future events, and it can also assist in reading trends for the future.
