The Fan Tarot Reading

Card 1 - Tells you the current situation, the basic energies and happenings that querent is dealing with at the moment.
Card 2 - This is a recent past situation that can help us understand why the situation is currently like it is.  It can give insight to the querent's character as well as the way they have handled different situations in the past.
Card 3 - Represents a past attitude of querent.  This along with Card 2, can give insight on the usual way in which querent handles things.  Have they helped or harmed?  Do they need to be changed or adapted to new situations?
Card 4 - This is the hope and probability.  This card helps to tell us where the situation is taking us.  It also offers hope for a bad situation.  This card is read as a "coming soon, likely to occur" card.
Card 5 - This card is called "the pinnacle."  This is the best that can be expected from the situation if things continue in the way they are going.  If this card is desirable, then the querent is already on the right path.  If it is undesirable, this is the time to decide whether the effort is worth the possible outcome.
Card 6 - With major changes, this is what you can expect for the querent.
Card 7 - What must be done.  This card can help point the querent in the right direction if he/she is currently not happy with what is going on.  Depending on individual circumstances, it may be good to study this as a "backup" plan, even if the current situation is going in the right way.
Card 8 - The person(s) who can help the most.  This card should represent someone in the querent's life, either currently or in the near future that can help querent with his/her problem.

Card 9 - Represents the querent's true desires.  This is a good place to evaluate if what the querent wants is really what he/she needs.
Card 10 - Represents hindrances or other obligations the querent has to deal with.  These can be very important in helping the querent realign his/her priorities.
Card 11 - What we can finally expect.  The final outcome, based on all the querent has to currently deal with.

An eleven-card reading that explores your question from many helpful perspectives.  It shows the energies operating in the current situation and helps you to understand why the situation is the way it is due to anything from the past.  Although the past may often be discarded as having little relevance to a current situation, we can often find important clues from past events -- information that is so easily overlooked but sometimes holds a major key to an issue.  The reading discusses where things are heading into the future, and shows whether you are already on the right path . . . or whether you may want to consider making an adjustment along the way.  The cards show you any major changes that may be needed to help you with your question, showing you what you have to work with, what your true desires are, any hindrances you may need to deal with (and how to deal with them), and finally shows the possible outcome you can expect concerning your issue.
