Astro-Tarot
Here is a charming deck that combines the concepts of both Tarot and Astrology in a unique way.  The cards are designed to be user friendly and work well for readers and seekers of any age.  The whimsical approach is a non-threatening presentation, and it's also one that works very well to gain access to serious and insightful messages, yet manage to keep things light hearted enough so that one does not lose the fun that should also be experienced in a reading.  This deck is an excellent choice for any kind of forecast reading, and is especially insightful for the Horoscope or Astrology Tarot reading selections.

From the back of the boxed card/book set:  "Russell Grant's Astro-Tarot is a unique fusion of the mysteries of the Tarot, the ancient insights of the Chinese Animal Zodiac and the wisdom of Astrology -- combined in a beautiful new Astro-Tarot Pack that anyone can use!"

Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot
A charming deck for cat fanciers and those who appreciate the whimsical side of a magical deck like this one.

From the back of the boxed card/book set:  "The Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot is set in an enthralling feline fantasy world.  Each card in the fully illustrated 78-card deck shows gorgeously costumed cats slinking and sashaying through historical gardens, palaces, and theaters.  The images are by turns evocative, funny and poignant.  A rich visual banquet in true Baroque style."

"The creators of this deck, Karen Mahoney and Alex Ukolov, combined hundreds of photographs of real cat, and added backgrounds of the Baroque splendor of Prague, Cesky Krumlov and other exquisite period locations.  The result is a deck of great charm and fantastic detail."

Fairy Tarot
This charming fairy deck offers a fun, enchanting, and light-hearted approach to a Tarot Reading.  Yet, a serious message can still be obtained through these delightful cards.  If not for one card containing nudity -- the Judgment card -- this could have been an excellent deck in reading for children.  However, the young-at-heart can still enjoy a magical moment with the Fairy Tarot.

From the box of cards:  "Interpret signs through enchanted dreams and the magic of the Ageless People."

From the little fold-out booklet:  "Fairies are teasing, magical creatures who live in the woods.  Gifted with wings and with an incredible agility, these tiny little spirits endow the forest with life, thanks to their jokes and to their innate euphoria." --Deck by Antonio Lupatelli

Fairy Tale Tarot
This is such a delightful and pretty deck!  The colors are attractive and it's a fun and lighthearted way to work with the Tarot and do a reading.  Although not a Rider-Waite clone, there are similarities in this deck.  This deck is among my favorites, especially when I'm in the mood for a whimsical Tarot touch.  It's a light-hearted approach to the Tarot.  Because after all . . . Tarot is still supposed to be fun!

From the back of the box: "In the land of fairytales, where animals talk, fools triumph and carpets fly, and anything is possible.  These tales not only amaze and amuse us, they can also teach a very special wisdom -- and they are universal.  The FairyTale Tarot includes a huge range of stories:  The Snow Queen, Cinderella, The Constant Tin Soldier, and Puss-in-Boots are all here, but they appear alongside characters that may not be so familiar.  Traditional tales of wonder from around the world, both famed and less well-known, have been carefully chosen and brought together to make a tarot deck that's rich, many-layered and like fairytales themselves, a delightful mix of light and dark.  These are wonderful cards to use for story-telling, or simply to spark imagination, insight, and a sense of magic.

Fey Tarot
Dreams, Joy, and Magic.  These are the first words you see beneath the title on the box of cards.  This is a deck full of life in vivid color, designed to make Tarot readings an enjoyable and delightful experience.  The cards are enchanting with images that seem to "speak" a story of their very own for you to see and hear through the cards.  The whimsical nature of the deck invites one to experience the magic within the cards with an open heart, mind, and imagination.  It's a delightful deck that will bring a smile to one's face . . . perfect for those times when we need a little "pick-me-up" but also want to retain a serious and meaningful side to the Tarot messages.  Thus, there is indeed a way to open up the magic to the path of one's special dreams which can hold great joy.  The Fey Tarot will take you on a journey through the fey's realm to experience the charms and delights, and to understand and work through issues that need a new perspective.

From the back of the companion book:  "The Fey Tarot is one of the most enchanting decks in the world.  Just like fairies, its 78 cards skim over reality and future possibilities, without bringing shadows or violence with them.  Timeless, they are entwined with dreams, profound joy and magic.

Forest Folklore Tarot
A charming deck that is beautiful to look at and offers a calming energy for any reading.  This is not one of those "cutesie" decks that some people prefer to avoid (even though I like just about every kind of deck).  I enjoy working with this deck and it's imagery.  The Minor Arcana cards of this deck bring to life forest folklore filled with fairies, imps, nymphs, and dwarves.  Each Ace is portrayed with an animal native to the New Forest.  Water color and photography are used in the art creations

From the box of cards:  "The enchanting cards of Forest Folklore Tarot are inspired by a unique area of the United Kingdom called the New Forest.  These historical woodlands -- lush with wildlife and legends -- provide the landscape for imps, fairies, nymphs, dwarves, and other creatures that call this area their home.  Based on traditional tarot interpretations, the deck was rendered using watercolor combined with photography."

Halloween Tarot
This is a nice deck for the playful and childlike mood.  It helps to reunite us with the child within who is carefree and enjoys the simple things in life . . . including the magical and mysterious time of Halloween.  Although this deck takes a fun approach to Tarot card reading, your message from the cards will be equally as important and informative as with any other Tarot deck.  This is a deck that works! -- and you don't have to wait until Halloween to enjoy the fun!  Let this deck create a special magic for you . . . taking you back into a time of childhood delights and carefree moments :-)

From the card box:  "The festive, old-time Halloween world of Kipling West conjures up all that's fun about Halloween.  Let the black cat guide you on a trick-or-treat mission to find out what is lurking around the next corner in your world."  --Deck by Kipling West

Housewives Tarot
Whether you are seeking a reading just for fun or have a more serious issue on your mind, this charming deck brings out the humor in such a way that you can smile . . .  even when you are seeking insight on a pressing problem.  Here is a deck that can be appreciated by those who lived the days of the 1950's or anyone else at any age who is an enthusiast of this era . . . or anyone who just wants a light-hearted deck to enjoy a reading with.

From the card box:  "WITHIN THIS BOX LIES THE SECRETS OF DOMESTIC EMPOWERMENT"
Begin your journey by lifting the lid, dealing out your fate, and understanding the hidden messages of The Housewives Tarot.  Through images of dinnerware (Pentacles), martini glasses (Cups), mops and brooms (Wands), and much more, these tarot cards can answer all of life's most challenging questions. --Deck by Paul Kepple and Jude Buffum

Inner Child Cards
The Inner Child Cards is a deck with a fairy tale theme.  Allow it's magic to transport you back into the days of childhood.  Let that inner child within you explore the messages of Tarot to gain new insights about any issue of concern . . . and to do so in a fun way that is completely non-threatening due to the artwork that is much like that found in children's story books.  Additionally, this deck contains no nudity, so just as the authors intended it to be, it's a very nice deck to use for children's readings or helping a child to learn Tarot.

The colors are bright in the cards, giving them an attractive appearance . . . definitely the perfect deck when the mood is right to enjoy a Tarot reading for meaningful messages and insight, but without feeling that you have to get overly serious.  This deck can help you find a smile and the humor in life, especially when that is what is most needed at the time :-)

Tarot of a Moon Garden
When the mood is right and you're ready for a change of pace that offers an escape into an enchanted land of childhood magic, the Tarot of a Moon Garden can take you to those far away places of the imagination.  It's a deck suitable for anyone of any age and provides meaningful readings with pretty images that add a delightful touch of charm to your reading.

From the little instruction booklet included, Laura E. Clarson explains the art work of Karen Marie Sweikhardt and how it represents the Tarot of a Moon Garden Tarot cards: "From these magical images, the whimsical symbols used in the Tarot of A Moon Garden have emerged.  The dragonfly forms the hilt of the suit of Swords.  Unicorns act as guides through the wonderland of the lunar landscape.  Dragons indicate areas for transformation and warn of temptation.  Butterflies hover near wild mushrooms and lush ferns in the dense lunar forests.  Hot air balloons are sometimes sighted in the gardens of the moon bringing visitors from other worlds.  Castles serve as welcome hospitality to those seeking shelter.  Beneficent angels and playful fairies offer guidance and camaraderie as the seeker journeys through the experiences of the Major and Minor arcana cards of the tarot.  Dolphins inhabit the sapphire depths of the lunar seas acting as helpful messengers for those who quest with a pure heart." Tarot of Oz
A very appropriate deck for children . . . and  for those of us who are enchanted by the story of Oz :-)  Just as Dorothy went on her adventure through the magical world of Oz . . . you, too, can take this special journey of enlightenment to find answers to questions you seek.  Using a fun deck does not mean you get a frivolous answer.  The Tarot takes your concerns seriously, but can do so in a relaxed and enchanting way with the Tarot of Oz.

From the back of the card box:  "The Wonderful Tarot of Oz:  Based upon the mythology created by L. Frank Baum in his fifteen Oz books, The Tarot of Oz uses one of America's most famous stories as the basis for a whimsical new Tarot deck.
The sequence of the Tarot's major arcana is often described as a visual depiction of the soul's journey from innocence to enlightenment.  Artist David Sexton explores the parallel between Dorothy's journey through the mythical land of Oz and the archetypal themes of the Tarot.  This innovative and creative Tarot is sure to delight Tarot collectors and Oz enthusiasts alike.

C Whimsical Tarot
Don't let the idea of a "cute" deck fool you!  This delightful deck is filled with childhood stories, fables, and fairy tales . . . designed to let simple and direct illustrations speak to you immediately.  And it's a deck that works!  This is also the best deck I've seen that is perfectly suited for children and seekers who have reservations about Tarot.  There is nothing at all scary in this deck, and there is no nudity . . . thus, it's an excellent choice for the young and the young-at-heart alike.

From the Little White Book:  "Childhood stories are built of simple ideas, have simple plots, and teach simple lessons.  The brain already knows this stuff, so there's nothing to sort through or think about.  That being the case, the messages arrive undisturbed.  Once we package them together, we can then engage the thinking process to determine how they affect us, and come up with a solution, if need be.  It's as simple as that." --Deck by Dorothy Morrison; Illustrated by Mary Hanson-Roberts
