Wolf
Pack Tarot![]()
This
deck is suitable for any question you wish to ask of the Tarot.

The
Wolf Pack Tarot Deck gives Tarot reading a whole new perspective and dimension
-- literally! The cards are printed in a landscape orientation, versus
the traditional upright portrait orientation presented in a regular Tarot
deck. Thus, the card is upright even though it's sideways.
The effect of this contrast allows you to turn your perceptions around
so that you can look at things from a whole new perspective. The
art is done in an attractive color scheme of the wolf theme. The
drawings look they have been done with color pencil, and the effect is
very appealing and realistic for the theme of this deck.
The cards are numbered 1 - 78, with no classifications for Major or Minor Arcana. They are titled according to the meaning of each card. There are a few cards that could be associated with some of the traditional titles of a regular Tarot deck, however, they are not sequenced in the same manner. This certainly does not make the deck difficult to use, however. In fact, with the keyword and brief meaning printed right on each card, it's a deck that will have appeal to both the beginning and the experienced reader alike. Experienced readers enjoy the fact that this deck offers a different approach, and they appreciate the spark of intuition provided by the meanings on the cards. It helps the experienced reader expand on that meaning for remarkable insight and clarity into a situation. The beginning Tarot reader can make full use of the keywords and meanings to help them learn how to better access the intuition that makes them a better Tarot Reader, thus enabling them to take this with them when switching back and forth from traditional Tarot decks. Either way, the cards offer an insightful experience.
Although I am a Tarot reader who firmly believes in the use of reversals in a reading if they happen to come up, this is one deck for which I am not against reading with them all upright. For this deck, it just seems right to allow them all to be read upright. That is, of course, a personal choice among Tarot readers whether to read reversals or not, and certainly if one wanted to, they could easily incorporate reversed meanings or "blocks" by using reversals with this deck.
