This is a nice 3-card spread for relationships of any kind -- friendships, romance, marriage, coworkers, and even a potential employer or partnership under consideration).  The first card talks about you, the second card talks about the other person in question, and the third card tells us how you and the other person are likely to be together, or how well the two of you can combine or function together.  This spread also works well when you have a new job under consideration -- you, the potential job, and whether it's going to be a good fit for you if you put yourself in association with that particular employment.
