End
of Year Reading
This 5-card
reading helps you reflect upon the past year so that you can better prepare
for the new one ahead. It looks at what was important over the past
12 months and shows where you are now as you close out the year, and what
might need to be released as you get ready to move forward. This
reading also explores what will be important in the upcoming months . .
. and how you can turn your plans into reality over the coming months of
the new year.

Looking
Ahead New Year Reading
This reading
takes a close look at the New Year ahead, giving extra focus to the essential
concerns of life. Through this reading, you can learn what to emphasize
in your life . . . or what to watch out for over the coming year.
This is a perfect gift to give yourself as you close out the year and prepare
to make the new year ahead the best it can be. With planning, organization,
and patient effort . . . you can help yourself make it through the winter
and set suitable foundations to support your plans and projects for the
new year :-)
This 9-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Theme -- Theme for how to focus your personal energies most productively. Describes the keynote issues or atmosphere you may find unfolding in your life . . . or issues that you need to emphasize and focus on, especially in your personal world.

*Money and Wealth -- How you can best increase the material and personal support in your life.
*Family -- An objective observation about your home situation and private life.
*Work -- An important element in the work you can accomplish this year. This does not have to be specifically about a job, but could also pertain to a hobby or some project that you are trying to launch.
*Relationships -- The major focus of your marriage or close partnerships. It is generally in regard to a significant other, but if you are single, it can speak of your relationships with friends or family members.
*Expansion -- Something you need to emphasize, work with, or correct in order to improve your life, yourself, and your circumstances in the coming year.
*Career -- Issues that will be present in your professional or public life.
*Future Possibilities -- The most likely thing that will emerge from the effort you give and the experiences you'll meet in the year ahead.
Wheel
of Fortune Reading
This reading
offers a glimpse of the year ahead, focusing on personal concerns and suggesting
matters that might benefit from more attention in your inner world and
private life this year. Although it's designed to look at the new
year, you can certainly benefit from this reading at any time.
How will the Wheel of Fortune turn in your life in the new year? Find out in this reading -- and know that what you don't like to see in the cards is there for a reason. You can work toward changing or improving upon what is least desirable, just as you'll want to work toward maintaining and enhancing the things you find that are pleasing to you in the cards.
This 9-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Theme
-- This card sets the theme for how to focus your personal energies most
productively. It describes the keynote issue or atmosphere you will find
unfolding in your life -- especially in your personal world.
*Demeanor
-- This card describes your personal demeanor, how you will present yourself
to the world, how others may see your attitude, behavior, and overall "mood."
*Personal
Gifts -- This card describes the personal
gifts and treasures you will be working to use ... and build, both material,
and abstract. It describes things that may especially interest you
... and ways in which you may decide to support both yourself and these
new projects with the energy you now have available.
*Inner
World -- This card describes the circumstances
of your inner world, psychological concerns, and private life that will
have your attention now.
*Contribution
-- This card describes the way you will apply your creative talents ...
and work to contribute your abilities and learned skills to others in your
world.
*Relationships
-- This card describes the major focus of your marriage or close partnerships.
*Philosophy
-- This card describes something that will affect your philosophy of life,
your personal rules for living, and may depict a lesson you are either
having to "relearn" or an issue that you are having to recycle or refocus
in some fashion.
*Public
Life -- This card describes issues that
will be found in your professional or public life now.
*Future
Goals -- This card depicts goals for the
future that may require your deliberate attention ... things that will
enter into serious "planning stages" for implementation later. But the
original groundwork for what will come from this effort is being laid now.

Hourglass
Reading
The hourglass
is a symbol often associated with the new year and the passing of time.
This reading is perfect when you want to reflect on the past and begin
setting goals for the future, such as New Year's or birthdays. With
this reading, lessons and events of the past are evaluated, any nonproductive
energies are identified, your current situation is described, and you are
informed of the upcoming energies, potentials, and possibilities for the
upcoming 12 months.
This 11-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Things from the prior year (or past 12 months) that have taken place. Reflection on the past year, including thoughts about your accomplishments, major changes, any significant problems, and an overall focus.
*Recent events and energies that are either passing out of your life or are things you need to release.
*Where you are at this point in time.
*Upcoming influences and energies that will soon come into your life.
*Important potentials and possibilities for the upcoming year. It's about things you can accomplish, major changes that may be on the way, and issues to deal with.
As
The Wheel Turns Reading
A New Year
brings a time for reflection upon the previous year as we think about the
possibilities for the new one. Life is like a Wheel that turns constantly
-- like the pages of a calendar, month by month. Even in our forward
movement, we are always still carrying something from the roads we've already
traveled. Some of that is good to bring with us, while some things
should be released. There are a lot of cards in this reading, but
they can really "talk" to you in this spread. This reading can help
you reflect on where you have been, where you are now, what needs to be
worked on, and where you are heading. The future is never set in
stone, so if you don't like what the cards show you for "where you are
heading," that result can quite possibly be changed with your own choices
and actions! If you do like what the cards show you, then you'll
need to consider what you need to maintain to essentially "keep up the
good work."
This 16-card
reading covers the following areas:
MONEY
*What you worked on last year.
*Where you are as the New Year begins.
*What you'll need to work on this year.WORK
*What you worked on last year.

New
Year Reading
This
20-card reading gives you an overview for each season and the outlook for
each month of the new year. It shows what you have carried forward
from the previous year and will show what will be carried forward into
the next year. This reading is best ordered in December, however,
if you order before the beginning of a new season (Spring, Summer, Fall,
or Winter), this will work well, too. If ordered prior to a new season,
your reading will still entail one full year of information -- from the
season of your order this year . . . through one full year of seasons into
the next year. If you have specific questions or concerns for the
upcoming year (or the next 12 months), be sure to let me know about those,
and I will advise how the cards relate information about your concerns.

reading covers the following areas:

you're bringing forward
from the prior year. *Winter

Birthday
Candles Reading
Rarely does
the tarot give specific instructions, such as drive for two miles, turn
left, and proceed to the third building on your right to find your next
job. But the tarot does offer a sense of what we need and the right
direction to go for our greatest good. The Birthday Candles Reading is
a very fun and insightful reading which can be used any time you want to
align yourself with the stars (your unique astrological portrait.)
This layout is in the shape of a birthday candle, and it helps illuminate
your life path. It includes a touch of astrology in combination with
the Tarot. For this reading, I will be using cards designated for
your ruling planet, your polarity card, and your sun card in addition to
the other cards that are drawn from the shuffle. So be sure to provide
me with your date of birth.
This 7-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Your Ruling Planet Card - The driving energy of the layout. How you express the different facets of your personality in the rest of the layout.
*Your Strengths - Where you shine, your talents and abilities. Where the energy flows without resistance. What to keep and nurture because it makes you strong.
*Your Challenges - Your life lessons or energy blocks. What you need to face in order to grow. Areas where you get stuck and may keep repeating.
*Your Polarity Card - The opposite of you. Shows your dual nature. What you need to draw towards you and attract in order to feel complete. Polarity, your opposite sign, is your "sister sign" because the energy is like your own Sun Sign in a complementary way. This is the duality, or balance, of you.
*What is your birthday wish? - This card gives focus to your deepest desires and hopes, the true direction on your life path because your dreams and desires come from your Higher Self, a sacred part of you.
*The Next Step (The Future) - Where do you go from here? The next step on your life path for the fullest expression of your Sun Sign personality.
*Your Sun Sign Card, The Essence of You - What you were put here to learn, the focal point of this life time. The Sun Sign card is in the flame of the candle because it shows your true nature and represents your Spirit. It remains constant throughout the year. It illuminates your conscious purpose, your drive to achieve goals, and the "You" you know yourself to be.
Birthday
Tarot Reading
This nine-card
reading makes a great birthday gift to yourself -- or for someone else.
Treat yourself to the Tarot's insight and learn what's coming up during
your next birthday year (from this birthday to your next one). This
is a great general reading, but if you have a special focus or question,
that can be addressed for your reading to gain insight into a particular
concern.
This 9-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Past influences that are ending or passing out of your life.
*Accomplishments of the past year to reflect on.
*Issues, tasks, or goals carried forward from last year into the coming birthday year.
*Where you are right now.
*New influences that will be coming into your life in the near future.
*Challenges you may face in the coming year.
*Goals that you can achieve in the coming year.
*The overall focus or outlook for the coming year.
*Your birthday gift: a blessing you will receive during your birthday year.
Halloween
Tarot Reading
This thirteen-card
reading is fun to do at Halloween time! It's fun AND enlightening
. . . allowing you to gain insight into any issue that you would like more
knowledge on. The structure of this reading allows the process to
be fun, while still providing you with the answers that you seek.
It is based, in part, on the traditional Celtic Cross reading. Thus,
you can use this reading for any question you wish to ask of the Tarot.
A recommended deck for this reading is the Halloween
Tarot -- one of the most popularly used decks during the month of October
at Tarot Wisdom Readings -- but you are always free to choose any deck
you would like.
Happy Halloween!
(And just know that you don't have to wait until Halloween if you would
like to have this reading done . . . it's a seasonal reading, yet one that
is still available to you anytime you wish.)
This 13-card
reading covers the following areas:
*The Skeleton ~ The bare bones of the situation
The essence of the situation and what is going on.
*The Mummy ~ What covers the bare bones
What may be working either for against you in the situation. Can be a reinforcing, opposing, or secondary factor -- or show why the situation has developed the way it has.
*Your Costume ~ Your mask; who you are in this situation
How you appear to others, and whether you are being yourself or trying to be someone that you are not.
*The Ghost ~ Something from your past that is unresolved and impacts the situation.
Past issues that have been carried forward (consciously or subconsciously) and influence the current situation.
*The Devil ~ Something that is bedeviling to you.
What troubles you or confuses you. What you don't fully understand about the situation or surrounding circumstances.
*The Vampire ~ Something that feeds you or feeds on you.
What (or who) helps or hinders you.
*The Jack-O-Lantern ~ Something that lights your way.
This is what helps you or enlightens you to clarify issues of concern.
*The Black Cat ~ Something that will cross your path, for good or not; what kind of luck you have.
An upcoming event that may occur in the near future.
*The Witch ~ How you can use your own magic.
What you can do to help yourself and to create positive change as needed -- or to maintain the things that you like in regard to matters at hand.
*The Bat ~ The broader view, or something you cannot see.
Something you may not have been aware of; looking at things from a different perspective if needed.
*Frankenstein ~ What you are creating.
Where things are currently heading.
*The Werewolf ~ How the situation will change you.
How the situation may change your perspective, your thoughts and feelings . . . and actions.
*Your Candy Bag ~ The mix of goodies and duds you will take home when all is done.
This is the outcome. Remember that an outcome is never set in stone. If you don't like the potential outcome, the cards will show you what you can do to try to change it or reduce the impact of what is not desirable. If you do like the outcome, then the cards will also let you know how to try to maintain the positive energy.

Autumn
Equinox Reading
A reading
designed to look at changes or thoughts and ideas about change. It
shows where these changes might create some new conditions. Autumn
is all about the changing colors of leaves and temperatures, so in this
reading, you can look at changes within yourself as well . . . and what
might emerge from such changes. You can, of course, get this reading
during any season of this year -- especially if you are seeking changes
in your life.
This 3-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Seasonal Change -- One's current pyschological state or thoughts that are starting to wane.
*Hints of Change -- New aspects that are trying to emerge. New things to think about or do -- or things you may do or want to do differently.
*New Condition -- Possible future of a new aspect, if allowed to mature. What your recourses, ideas, thoughts, or plans could develop into if given the chance.
Winter
Solstice Reading
A nice reading
to do in preparation of "winter thoughts." This reading examines
the blessings in your life that you may have inadvertently taken for granted.
It looks at what you need to plan, prepare, or take action on. It
talks about where your intuitive responses are leading you in terms of
a decision that needs to be made, and it also shows what is growing stronger
in your life. Of course, this reading could be done at any season,
even though it is entitled the "Winter Solstice" Reading.
This 4-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Blessings -- What do I need to be grateful for that I've taken for granted?
The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, and sometimes our lives can mirror that sense of darkness in that we forget to look up and see the stars (blessings) in our lives. Sometimes our lives feel so "dark" we forget to look up and see the stars (blessings) in our life.
*Action -- What do I need to take action on? What plans or preparations do I need to make?
Without action, one cannot prepare. Winter is a season of "hard times" that require preparation in order to endure the hardest, coldest, and longest episodes of that season. This concept may be clearer when you think of our ancestors who spent a lot of time in preparing for the winter in order to ensure their survival.
*Intuitive Tilt -- In what direction is my intuition "tilting" or leading me in a situation where a decision needs to be made?
Winter, like the other seasons, occurs because of the tilt of the earth . . .and so here is that "intuitive tilt" to look at in terms of needed decisions.
*Strength -- What is growing stronger (perhaps something I had given up on) in my life?
After the Winter Solstice, the nights become shorter and the days become longer. The daylight hours gain strength, just as certain things may be growing stronger in your life. This will usually portray a positive aspect that you can work with, but if the card turns up reversed or otherwise difficult in nature, this can point to things becoming stronger in your life that you don't want . . . things to try to change into something that you would like to be stronger in your life.
Spring
Equinox Reading
The idea of
this reading is to consider the nuances of the cards in how they relate
to or symbolize Spring. Spring is a new season of changes and new
life -- it's the season of growth and opportunity as you finally get past
the hard winter months. This layout is in honor of the Spring Equinox,
which occurs in March -- a time of equal days and nights. It can
portray a balance, so to speak -- either how to find that balance, or what
needs to be realigned as you prepare for this new Season.
This 3-card
reading covers the following areas:
*The cold, hard ground -- That inside of you which is resistant to change or unyielding.
*The new green -- Something within you that wants to emerge.
*A life in bloom -- What this new thing can become if properly nurtured. Potentials or opportunity.
Summer
Solstice Reading
An enlightening
summer layout to show what you need to see clearly, what you need to be
patient with, what has opportunity to grow and be productive in your life
. . . and finally, what is waning or what needs to be released. Of
course, this reading could be done at any season, even though it is entitled
the "Summer Solstice" Reading.
This 4-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Enlightenment -- What in my life has been in shadow, that I need to shine a bright light on so I can see it clearly for what it is?
During the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, more light is available to us. This is your "enlightenment."
*Patience -- What in my life am I trying to force into happening when instead I need to be still and patient?
*Growth -- What in my life is fertile and productive now? Where are my opportunities for growth?
The Summer Solstice is often called "Midsummer" because it is roughly in the middle of the growing season.
*Waning -- What is waning in my life? What do I need to release?
After Summer Solstice, the days gradually become shorter, and the sun's strength wanes as Autumn approaches to be followed by Winter.
Karmic
Horizon Reading
Karmic Horizon
is a good reading to do every once in awhile. It makes for an especially
good annual or birthday reading, because it examines your "karmic indicators"
for the year by showing an assessment of where you presently are,
what you'll be working on, and where you're going in experiencing and exploring
the major life issues that are influencing your overall growth and progress
and your everyday reality.
This 7-card
reading covers the following areas:
*Your Current Karmic Milestone - The underlying lesson or life theme you'll be working on this year.
*Your Current Karmic Benefits - The areas of advantage, profit, expansion, or help you'll work with this year.
*Your Current Karmic Commitments - The areas of building, fortification, production, or structure you'll work with this year.
*Your Current Karmic Break-throughs - The areas you'll work with this year where you will learn to be more authentically yourself.
*Your Current Karmic Inspiration - The areas where you'll consciously work on creating your own reality through matters of faith, visualization, intuition, and behind-the-scenes guidance that will be at work in your life this year.
*Your Current Karmic Transition Point - The area where things are coming to a close, being recycled, being cast away and replaced, or where things are improved by being rebuilt "from the ground up."
*Your Current Karmic Horizon - Clues as to where you'll be and what you'll be working on in about a year at your next "Current Karmic Milestone."
The
Karmic Horizon Tarot Reading is: $73

is now and what's ahead for the upcoming year in marriage.
